Discover the latest project from Futureflip featuring both Axon™ cladding 133 smooth and Linea™ weatherboards 180mm. Futureflip have designed and are building this detached dual occupancy project for a family who are looking to maximise the value of their block by living in one of the homes and selling the other as a development. For this project, the homeowners want to create two distinct styles of homes that stand out on the street but still complement each other.

They have chosen to go with a Box Modern home on the North side. To complete this look they have chosen Axon cladding and will paint it in a dark grey. On the South side they are building a Modern Coastal home painted in crisp white. Futureflip knew Linea weatherboards were the perfect product to achieve this look.

Both these James Hardie products come pre-primed and ready to paint and because they are both quick and easy to install, the homeowners will be moving into their new place before they know it!

We love the look of these homes – watch the video below to see the installation of 594 Port Hacking!
